Aviastra's Air Ambulance Service covers all cases from medical escorts on scheduled flights to full medical teams in airborne intensive care units.

Medical expertise and equipment is available for all cases including trauma, accidents, critical & coronary care, strokes, care of the elderley, children and infants, psychiatric care and palliative care.

Every case is managed swiftly and accurately but also with sensitivity and personal attention. We understand that families are often in a worrying and unfamiliar situation. The service is focussed on safety, care, speed and professionalism.

> Care & Continuity - a complete "bed to bed" service

Aviastra provides a continuous chain of first class care from bed to bed. Every stage of the journey is planned and co-ordinated by a dedicated case manager. This care extends to the family with a relative usually travelling in company with the patient.

> Professional Recognition - the reassurance you need

Aviastra's medical section is an accredited member of the British Ambulance Association. You can be sure that you are being looked after by professionals trained in their specialist field and using aircraft and vehicles checked and certified to the highest international standards.

Aviastra is also a member of the European Business Aviation Association - accredited as a solid and reliable provider of flight and road transportation services to all its patients requiring international repatriation.

> A Dedicated Service

As a reflection of the expertise and the care applied to every case, Aviastra's Air Ambulance operations now account for more than 80% of it's service to clients. Aviastra's medical and air ambulance department is functionally separate from its passenger operations and you will be looked after by a dedicated team of staff. Each case is appointed a team from which two members maintain availability around the clock to provide a single point of contact for families at home and abroad.

"The entire process went so smoothly and I was kept in touch at all stages along the way which was incredibly reassuring. You made the safe transportation of a dear friend and his mother as swift and comfortable as I think it could have been, and for that, massive thanks."
Ms T.V. Geneva, Switzerland.
